Tech Support
We help individuals get the most out of technologies they use every day by removing the stress and frustration experienced when things go wrong. All issues are handled from printing and hard drive failures to networking and connectivity. Support and repairs can be conducted onsite, offsite or remotely. Often small issues can be fixed by simply logging in remotely to your computer, diagnosing the issue then solving it. Pricing is available for all requirements and users - bundled packages, per-incident or yearly contract fees.
Training
Training is at the core of our business. We offer training to teachers, students and parents. As Ireland’s only Apple-Certified Trainer - iPad instruction is our speciality, both in and out of the classroom. Technology rapidly changes and keeping up with new innovations and inventions; apps and acronyms; is difficult - but we are here to help.
Workshops
We provide workshops in schools for low-tech fun such as juggling, magic, crafts and more. In addition to low-tech, we also provide high-tech workshops in Osmo, BB8, Lego, Coding and more. These workshops can be single or multiple sessions.
iPad
Whether you are considering using iPads in your institution, or have already made the decision to implement them - it is vitally important to put structures in place around management, usage, deployment and maintenance. We can advise and guide you through all these areas.
Website Development
Many schools don’t have websites - or perhaps they have a site, but need it updated to make it relevant and responsive (suitable for all mobile devices). We can design or re-design your website to a professional standard. Perhaps your site is being handled internally but is too much for one person to take on. We can build an active relationship with your school in order to maintain your site to keep it current. If you don’t have a website at present, we can also handle the domain name registration, hosting provider and email.
Advice and Consultancy
With over 25 years experience in the computer industry - we have seen almost everything - from exploding CDs to smoking logic boards. We’ve zapped CRT monitors, debugged code, designed complex workflows and removed more dust from computers than we’d like to remember. We have worked in all environments from large corporates to SMEs; from large educational institutions to 2 teacher schools. Today’s schools needs to be progressive in every area, but particularly in how they incorporate and integrate technology in teaching and learning.
